AUAS VALLEY SHOPPING MALL TROLLEY BONANZA COMPETITION 2023

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Competition Date: 20 February – 31 March 2023.
2. This competition is valid at Auas Valley Shopping Mall.
3. Employees and Board Members of Agra Ltd and/or any subsidiary company of Agra Ltd and their immediate families, persons connected with the competition/prize(s) and their immediate families i.e. prize sponsors, suppliers, wholesalers & their agents, are not eligible to enter the Competition.
4. How to enter:
   Step 1. Buy for N$150 or more from any Auas Valley Mall Store.
   Step 2. Write your name, contact details and the value of the trolley on the back of the receipt.
   Step 3. Throw your receipt in the competition box allocated within the Mall.
5. The one with the closest guess to the value wins the content of the trolley.
6. Winners will be contacted telephonically. If the person does not answer within 3 working days, the prize is transferred to the next qualifying person.
7. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for its cash value.
8. Errors and omissions are excluded.
9. Auas Valley Shopping Mall reserves the right to amend or change the competition rules without prior notice to the public.
10. It is a condition of accepting the prize, that the prize winners, allow Auas Valley Shopping Mall to publish names and photographs on any third-party website, publication and/or Facebook.
11. The winner will be announced on the Auas Valley Shopping Mall Facebook page, 3 April 2023.
