Auas Valley Shopping Mall progresses towards completion in September
As the hoardings in the Auas Valley Shopping Mall start to come down, showing the spaces allocated for future businesses, it becomes clear that this will be a very smart mall and prime shopping destination. Both levels of the under-roof parking are completed and the outdoor parking on the southern side of the building is in the process of being completed, making about 1000 parking bays available. Agra customers will have access to the lower parking by means of a ramp for trolleys while it will still be more convenient for Agra customers buying bulk and fodder to use the parking space in the yard of the Agra branch from the end of Bessemer Street.
Besides ample parking space, this shopping destination will provide a spacious and tranquil shopping environment on two floors with the following businesses on the top floor: Nictus store; Looks Hair Design; Dr Viljoen’s consulting rooms; Bugatti Restaurant; Insight Optometrist; Auas Vet Med; Auas Valley Pharmacy and the top floor of the now double–storey Safari Den. Pick n Pay, one of the key tenants in the mall is also in the process of upgrading their Auas Valley store, confirming their constant strive for excellence and offering a world-class shopping experience and customer service.
The new Pick n Pay Auas Valley store will have a coffee shop where clients can enjoy a delicious meal after shopping, or meet friends for a cup of coffee before stocking up on groceries. The deli and butchery, bakery and hot food sections are also receiving a complete makeover to offer the highest quality. The lay-out, spacious corridors; new cold storage and modern look in the store are but a few reasons while Pick ‘n Pay Auas Valley will become the preferred supermarket. “Although we pride ourselves on delivering world class shopping experiences, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort you may experience due to construction when you visit our Pick n Pay Auas Valley store. We thank you for your continued support and assure you of our passionate staff who are committed to giving you a pleasant shopping experience and lessening any discomfort during this phase,” said Gilbert Botha, Retail Marketing Manager of Pick ‘n Pay Namibia.
